The Niciarnia Park needed the comprehensive promotion of a commercial facility. The mall has already had its grand opening, but unfortunately the customer faced small number of customers.

In the first 3 months of support we managed to achieve 40% growth in brand visibility in the Internet and 2500 new recipients. This translated to a bigger number of visitors in the shopping mall. Our activities were supplemented by ongoing update of the website.

Social Media

Our task was to actively promote the “Niciarnia Park” brand in social media (Facebook and Instagram) aimed at building the awareness and increasing the brand recognition of the shopping mall in Łódź province. According to the assumed strategy we have planned activities in social media, collaboration with influencers and paid promotion in Meta Ads and Google Ads

Paid campaigns

The paid Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for the exclusive furniture centre were addressed to the selected target group to build the awareness, engagement and interaction with events conducted in the NP. In the subsequent stage of the sales funnel, remarketing was addressed to those who already new the brand – now with specific, promotional offers.

Public relations / Media relations

But this is not all. Our story tale about the Niciarnia Park must have been spread even further! That is why we have established collaboration with our media in Łódź, such as: Radio Eska, Gazeta Wyborcza or LifeIn, by preparing radio spots or sponsored articles. On the outskirts of Łódź and in the centre of Łódź one could have seen the Niciarnia Park on billboards, which presented the creations designed by our team.

In order to encourage Łódź residents to visit the Niciarniana Park we have also organised the “evening of inspirations” with the participation of local entrepreneurs from the interior decoration industry. The crowning achievement of collaboration was the organisation of 1st anniversary of opening of the shopping mall. This was an occasion to the so-called re-opening of this venue. Our guests were entertained by among others Marika Jóźwiak from the “Szelągowska’s major renovations” show, who provided some ideas on bedroom furnishings. In addition, we have prepared an animation zone for kids, stands with delicious coffee and ice cream and handicraft workshop.
